NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 18th October, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 193, in Volume DI, Folio 83/1046, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Elizabeth Wairimu Muthanga (guardian), on behalf of Alpha Simon Wairimu Muthanga (minor), of P.O. Box 336– 00618, Ruaraka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Simon Njenga Kuria, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Simon Njenga Kuria, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Alpha Simon Wairimu Muthanga, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name, Alpha Simon Wairimu Muthanga only.
