TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Muchiri Waithaka, (2) Patrick Macharia Waithaka and (3) Mercy Wangui Waithaka, all of P.O. Box 75904, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waithaka Ruo, who died at Gitugu Sub-location, on 3rd February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Lionel Haviland Earnshaw and (2) James Gaichuru Thiongo, both of P.O. Box 10738–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Muthoni Thiongo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching, Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By James Mwangi Irungu, of P.O. Box 26754–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Irungu Mwangi, who died at Oakwood Hospital in Kenya, on 16th February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
