TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2022 By Jane Mueni Wangombe, of P.O. Box 859, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silvester Wang’ombe Nderi, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 27th October, 2015. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 By Sophiah Wanjiru Mwangi, of P.O. Box 92, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mwangi Gerald Mbogo alias James Mwangi Gerald, who died at Oll Mwea Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
