TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2022 By Hope Kijalla Mwalimo, of P.O. Box 1465, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezabelah Wakesho Mwalimo, who died on 11th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Kadzo Karisa Tete and (2) Samson Charo Karisa, the deceased’s sister and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Kadenge Karisa, who died at Migundini, on 20th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
