TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 101 of 2023 By (1) Wilfred Wamalwa Wanyama and (2) Peter Wafula Wanyama, both of P.O. Box 550, Bungoma in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanyama Situma Musi, who died at Tuuti, on 30th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2023 By Bonface Juma Mulongo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulongo Kwanusu Nasilembe alias Mulongo Kwanusu, who died at Nangwe, on 28th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. 105 OF 2023 By Victor Bukhebi Mukinisu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seferio Mukinisu Mwanza alias Seferio mukinisu Mwanja alias Sepherio Mukinisu, who died at Kimukuyi, on 5th May, 1984. CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2023 By Hellen Nakhanu Simiyu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Mukhongo Munyasia, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 12th October, 2016. CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2023 By Godfrey Ebrahim Matongwa Maina, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Maina Mukanda, who died at Nangwe, on 26th February, 2022.
