TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 73 OF 2023 By Janet Mihezo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Bugusu alias James Kitenye Bugusu, who died at Magui, Lugaga Location, on 6th April, 1994. CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2023 By Sara Buligwa Asiachi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frank Olwanziro Asiachi, who died at Esalwa Village, Itumbu Sub-location, on 12th January, 2004. CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2023 By Jane Kanaga Asava, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Chukunzira Vugusu, who died at Magui, Lugaga Location, on 25th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
