Box 61–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Waithaka, who died at Karembu, on 1st August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E86 of 2023 By (1) David Maina Kimani, (2) Peter Githae Kimani and (3) Dorothy Njeri Kimani, all of P.O. Box 6, Gituamba in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kimani Githae, who died at Gituamba Sub-location, on 21st May, 2003.
