TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E592 OF 2022 By David Gatungo Ngugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Mahuti, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 24th February, 1981. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2023 By (1) James Muchoki Muchina and (2) Beatrice Waithira J. Gitau, both P.O. Box 7, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Muchina Muchoki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
