TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By (1) Monica Mutete Ndutu and (2) Agnes Wausi Ndutu, both of P.O. Box 1–90300, Okia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ndutu Nguma, who died on 27th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Dominic kimunyi Masio, of P.O. Box 8, Kilala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masio Mwithui, who died on 6th October, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
