TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 of 2023 By Catherine Wairimu Kigera, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kigera Ngunga alias James Geoffrey Kigera Ngunga alias James Geoffrey Kigera, who died on 4th July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Nyakeru Kairu and (2) Francis Gatonga Kairu, both of P.O. Box 54, Mweiga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Kairu Njuguna alias Njuguna Charles Kairu alias Charles K. Njuguna, who died on 2nd February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
