TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E735 OF 2022 By (1) Alfred Otieno Aluoch and Barack Ochieng Gumba, both of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephews, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Asiri Achuch alias Asiri Achuch, who died at Ojolla Sub-location, on 16th April, 1992. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2023 By Alice Atieno Ong’any, both of P.O. Box 93–4011, Ahero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ongany Nyamori, who died at Ahero Medical Centre, on 13th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
