Box 322–20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwangi Ndegwa, who died at Kianjoya, on 5th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. E580 OF 2022 By Hana Wamaitha Ndegwa, of P.O. Box 322–20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndegwa Thitu, who died at Mahinga, on 2nd September, 2011. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Stephen Kamau Muturi, of P.O. Box 3715–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muturi Nganga, who died on 13th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
