TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By Adam Amuguni, of P.O. Box 222–50409, Nambale in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate of Medi Kabwaiza Asamba alias Nedi Kabwaiza Buluku, who died at Mbai Sub-location, on 23rd November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2023 By Collins Otieno Opondo, of P.O. Box 16–50404, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makokha Dibondo, who died at Butula Sub- location, on 12th June, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
