Box 35–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agness Nyang’arisa Ombongi alias Agnes Nyangarisa Ombongi, who died at Riana, on 15th July, 1985. CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2022 By (1) Sarah Kerubo Maragia and (2) Richard Ouru Maragia, both of P.O. Box 858–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Maragia Bosire alias Maragia Bosire, who died on 7th January, 2022. Box 10–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matiang’i Simba alias Matiangi Simba, who died at Kisii, on 12th April, 1980. CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By (1) Aggrey Marisa Ratemo and (2) Dennis Kiyondi Ratemo, both of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ratemo Obare alias Francis Ratemo Obare, who died at Bogitaa, on 14th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
