TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 5th May, 2023 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By Phoebe Kerubo Mosomi, of P.O. Box 68, Kebirigo in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezra Anyoro Mosomi, who died along Outering Road, on 3rd April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E44 of 2023 By Dennis Nyatigo Nyachieo, of P.O. Box 140, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Nyatigo, who died on 18th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
