TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2023 By Mactilda Imbosa Akutiya, of P.O. Box 752, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdullahi Ambutu Ekocheli alias Ambudu Ekocheri, who died at Murumba, on 4th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2023 By Jacob S. O. Ochieng, of P.O. Box 300, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezekiah Ochieng alias Hezekiel Ochieng, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 24th January, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
