Box 876, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ontese Masanya, who died at Itibo Location, on 13th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E11 of 2023 By Onchonga Momanyi, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onchonga Momanyi, who died at Nyangoge, on 9th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. E37 of 2023 By Tom Mongare Subano, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Subano Arosi, who died at Piave, on 28th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
