TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 31 of 2023 By (1) John Joseph Mburu Kamatu, (2) David Kamau Kamatu and (3) Mary Gakenyi Kamatu, all of P.O. Box 2165–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Naftali Kamatu alias Kamatu Mwihia, who died on 27th October, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
