TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 of 2022 By (1) Joel Ruo Gikonyo and (2) Peter Ngari Gikonyo, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Gikonyo Ruo, who died at Thika, on 14th August, 2018. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By Alice Wanjiru Njuguna, of P.O. Box 38178–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wanjiru Gathima, who died at Laikipia, on 1st June, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
