TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2021 By (1) Jonathan Kithusi Nzyoka and (2) Georege Mbithi Nzyoka, both of P.O. Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Job Nzyoka Mwaniki, who both died at District Hospital, Machakos in Kenya, on 12th April, 1963. CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Nthaenya Kimiti, (2) Redempta Wavinya Kimiti and (3) Penninah Mutindi Kimiti, all of P.O. Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Kimiti Waema, who both died at Ngiini, Isinga, on 18th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
