Box 1490–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Buluku Kamaliki, who both died at Star Hospital in Kenya, on 18th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. 72 of 2023 By Aggrey Malavi Mujumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mujumba Bwoyere alias James Mujumba, who died at Ikumba Sub-location, on 27th January, 1993. CAUSE NO. 81 of 2023 By (1) Benson Amukowa Kala and (2) Prisca Florence Nafullah, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Esbon Kala Ngota alias Ngota Stephen Kala alias Stephen Kala, who died at Esiandumba Sub- location, on 12th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
