TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 of 2023 By Laban Ngigi Njunge, of P.O. Box 367–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njunge Wakaba, who died at Nyamithi, on 13th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2023 By Benedict Ndiritu Kahunyu, of P.O. Box 1–20116, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wambui Kiunyu, who died at Kiambogo, on 9th September, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
