Box 255, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy Njagi Simon, who died at Consolata Mathari Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2023 By (1) Betha Muthoni Gichuki and (2) Bernard M. Gichuki, both of P.O. Box 120, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Muthike Mbogo, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Kerugoya in Kenya, on 9th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2023 By (1) James Munene Kamau and (2) John Mwangi Kamau, both of P.O. Box 157, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Kamau Kithu alias Kamau, who died at Tumutumu hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2001.
