TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 52 OF 2023 By Alice Mogoi O. Kombuni, of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Kambuni Nyambane, who died at United Hospital Saint Paul Ramsey, Minnesota, on 17th May, 2020. CAUSE NO. 55 OF 2023 By Teresia Moraa Ong’eni, of P.O. Box 100–40203, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Maosa Ong’eni alias Simion Maosa Ongeni alias Maosa Ong’eni, who died at Bassi Masige West Location, on 10th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
