TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2023 By Jacinta Muthoni Kabogo, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Njagi Kabogo, who died at Embu Children Hospital in Kenya, on 9th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2023 By Edward Kivuti Nyaga, of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mercy Muthoni Muriithi, who died at North Carolina, on 6th September, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
