TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By Jacob Kibet Ruto, of P.O. Box 2–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto Maiwa, who died at Singorwet, on 31st October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2023 By Vivian Cherono Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 355–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kipsang Cheruiyot, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 18th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
