TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2023 By Inshan Inziani Nyangi, of P.O. Box 21, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbusiro Nyangi Boroyi alias Mbusiro Nyangi, who died on 20th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2023 By Rebecca Chacha Mwita, of P.O. Box 96, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Mwita, who died on 20th August, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
