TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E72 of 2023 By (1) Lena Kamene Wambua and (2) Silvester Musyoka Wambua, both of P.O. Box 1135–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Wambua Munyeli alias Wambua Munyeli, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2023 By Kavinya Mbandi, of P.O. Box 818–90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthini Mbandi, who died at Tungutu, on 6th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
