TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2023 By (1) Victoria Njoki Mburu, (2) John Mweha Mburu and (3) Michael Wayoike and (4) Paul Ngugi Mburu, all of P.O. Box 478– 01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustin Mburu Kang’ee alias Kangee Augustin Mburu alias Augustine Kangee alias Kang’ee Augustine Mburu alias Augustine Mburu Kangee, who died at Gategi, Kigio, on 17th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
