TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2023 By Beatrice Achieng Buong, of P.O. Box 828–40400, Suna-Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mikal Adhiambo Omima alias Mical Adhiambo Omima, who died at Suna East Location, on 10th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2023 By James Mmata Olwenyi, of P.O. Box 551–40400, Suna-Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Olweny, who died at Suna North Location, on 1st March, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
