TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2022 By Samson Ondari Omwoyo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omwoyo Onchieku, who died at Bonyansiaga, on 15th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. 149 OF 2022 By James Mauti Nyagwansa, of P.O. Box 130–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Nyagwansaa Omagwa and (2) Obure Omagwa, who died on (1) 10th August, 1978 and (2) 2nd April, 1980, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
