TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 28 of 2023 By (1) Michael Kalume Nyale, (2) Nelson Nyale Lughanje and (3) Secily Wawira, all of P.O. Box 90, Gede in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wanjiku Nyale, who died at Doha, Qatar, on 16th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. 33 of 2023 By (1) Daniel Ngumbao Yaa and (2) Felix Yaa Baya, both of P.O. Box 29–80108, Kilifi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yaa Baya Yaa, who died at Majaoni, Mtondia, on 3rd January, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
