TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E64 of 2023 By Roselida Akinyi Wambi, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hannington Ouya Achieng, who died at St. Jude Medical Centre, on 18th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E65 of 2023 By Elizabeth Mogotu Onyango, of P.O. Box 1–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongoro Nyamwange, who died at Misesi Sub- location, on 23rd August, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
