TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 155 of 2018 By Francis Mirara Solomon, of P.O. Box 157, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Muthoni Mwangi, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2017. CAUSE NO. E69 of 2023 By Benson Mburu Mwangi, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwangi Gikuru, who died at Muthithi Sub-location, on 16th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E70 of 2023 By (1) Esther Njeri Ng’ang’a and (2) Samuel Mburu George Ng’ang’a, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ang’a Gicharu, who died at Githembe, on 3rd May, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
