CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By (1) Molinka ole Tajeu and (2) Ningori ole Lintii, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lembolio Tajeu alias Lembolio ole Lintii, who died at Rombo, on 1st April, 1973. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2023 By (1) Bonface Sankale Loltimito and (2) Lengete ole Looltimito, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Looltimito Lengalae alias Loltimito ole Nkalae, who died at Loitokitok Hospital in Kenya, on 6th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By (1) Kesoi ole Meyepi and (2) Logoto ole Mepi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naayio ole Meepe alias Naayo ole Meepe, who died at Illasit Sub-location, on 20th August, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
