TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 of 2023 By (1) Bonaya Guyo Debicha and (2) Jillo Dida Ginda, the deceased’s father and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Bonaya Guyo, who died on 11th March, 2023. CAUSE NO. E10 of 2023 By (1) Naima Hussein Sarbo and (2) Woche Woshe Lolo, the deceased’s widow and uncle, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdullahi Woge Lolo, who died on 24th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
