E77 OF 2023 By Gordon Omer Kidha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Denish Kidha Ombura alias Danis Kidha Ombura alias Kidha Ombura, who died at Kisumu E. D. Hospital in Kenya, on 14th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E129 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Onyuro Nyaloo, who died on 20th July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2023 By Jekonia Mbata Nyaloo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zackayo Ochieng, who died on 11th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. 135 OF 2023 By Jane Atieno Juma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Juma Achungo, who died on 2nd September, 1999.
