Box 19, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mahiri Chacha alias Mahiri Chacha, who died at Kebare Sub-location, on 20th November, 1997. Box 21, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbusiro Nyangi Boroyi alias Mbusiro Nyangi, who died on 10th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By Thomas Magaiwa Makuri, of P.O. Box 63, Isebania in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbusiro Gati Chacha alais Mbusiro Ngati, who died at Nyankore Sub-location, on 20th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
