E42 OF 2023 By Juma Kazungu Nguma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kazungu Nguma Kalama alias Kazungu Nguma Mwakalasi, who died at Chumani, on 13th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. 61 OF 2023 By Mweli Mangi Mwaro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Mwaro, who died at Chumani, on 6th June, 1968. CAUSE NO. 64 OF 2023 By (1) Bakari Swalehe Gatu and (2) Mbura Swaleh Mwamranzi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Swaleh Bakari Mwamranzi, who died at District Hospital, Kilifi in Kenya, on 21st August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2023 By (1) Martin Gambo Muye, (2) Mokoli Gambo Muye and (3) Samuel Muye Gambo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gambo Muye Kiti, who died at Kilifi, on 28th July, 1999.
