TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E87 of 2023 By (1) Charles Muriuki Kamindo Kamindo, (2) Monicah Mwihaki Muthiora and (3) Catherine Muchiru, all of P.O. Box 958–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamindo Muriuki, who died at District Hospital, Karatina in Kenya, on 12th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. E88 of 2023 By (1) Charles Muriuki Kamindo, (2) Monicah Mwihaki and (3) Catherine Muchiru Kamindo, all of P.O. Box 958–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Murugi Kamindo, who died at Jamii Hospital in Kenya, on 9th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
