E120 OF 2022 By Miriam Muhonja Malova, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adogo Chadeya alias Adogo Chedeya, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 4th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By Femina Deyangwa. Chiunguri, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laban Feza Changilwa alias Raban Fedha Changirua, who died at Vokoli Sub-location, on 3rd July, 2017. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2023 By Abdi Mugavi Shabani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shabani Babu Hassani alias Zaban Hassan, who died at Galona Sub-location, on 29th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By Florence Iminza Adego, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Adego Lilumbe alias Elijah Andego, who died at Bumbani, on 22nd August, 2005.
