TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2023 By Dismas Wekesa Kwanjeko, of P.O. Box 334, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namaemba Wekesa, who died at Butonge, on 7th April, 1975. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2023 By (1) John Ageyo Kamisi and (2) Fred Ojali Kamisi, both of P.O. Box 100, Sirisia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ojali Kamisi, who died at Mmwalie, on 30th November, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
