E39 OF 2023 By James Ashiali Asambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderea Isambo Mukolwe, who died at Ematende in 2015. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2023 By Mary Asiko Otieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Shitandi alias Shitandi Namani, who died at Mugen Sub-location in 1992. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By Loice Omuliebi Juma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Juma Othieno, who died at Ematende in 2021. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2023 By (1) Aggree Ambongo Mutsoli and (2) Stewal Inyangala Mutsoli, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutsoli Mukolwe Ambutsi alias Fanuel Mutsoli Mukolwe, who died at Shitari in 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
