E113 OF 2022 By (1) Ismail Mohamed Abdi and (2) Hussein Mohamed Abdi, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Halima Mohamed Abdi, who died at Nairobi, on 18th April, 2018. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2023 By (1) Barika Luvuno Kalinga and (2) Juma Yusuf Songoro, both of P.O. Box 89447–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdi Yusuf, who died at Nairobi, on 3rd March, 1984. E31 OF 2023 By (1) Umar Ali Ibrahim, (2) Yusuf Ali Ebrahim, (3) Mohamed Ali Ibrahim and (4) Zulekha Ali Ibrahim, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Ibrahim Robo, who died at Nairobi, on 17th April, 2021. Box 89447–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and brother-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fatma Abdi, who died at Nairobi, on 7th March, 2020.
