Box 352–20103, Eldama Ravine in Kenya, the decaesed’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang Chepyatror, who died at Kipkaber, on 31st October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2023 By Job Tumbes Sialo, of P.O. Box 58, Mogotio in Kenya, the decaesed’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tungo Korir, who died at Kipsogon, on 12th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Kigen Willy K. R. Muge, of P.O. Box 7, Tenges in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimuge Ruto, who died at Kisonei, on 3rd October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
