APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 155 (5) of the
Public Finance Management Act, 2012, regulation 167 (4) and (5) of
Public Finance Management (County Governments) Regulations, 2015 and section 30 (2) (l) of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Fernandes Barasa, appoint—
CPA FREDRICK TOLOI MUSUNGU to be the Chairperson of the Internal Audit Committee of the County
Government of Kakamega, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd May, 2023.
