THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gladys Muthoni Wachira (ID/0228323), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.7136 hectare or thereabouts, known as Marmanet/North/Rumuruti Block 2/5542 (Ndurumo), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register land register (green card) in respect of the said piece of land has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) as provided under section 33 (1) (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
