THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiptum arap Orgut (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Uasin Gishu/Illula Settlement Scheme/1096, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas the Court has issued grant of letter of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Everlyne Jeptoo Kiptum, (2) Alex Kibet Orgutg and (3) Titus Kipkemboi Kiptum, all of P.O. Box 18, Kimwarer, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title in the name of (1) Everlyne Jeptoo Kiptum, (2) Alex Kibet Orgutg and (3) Titus Kipkemboi Kiptum, and upon such registration, the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Kiptum arap Orgut (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
