THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Njeru Muthathai alias Njeru Muthathai (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Kagaari/Kigaa/3773, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in succession cause No. 99 of 2021, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Alusia Igandu John as administrator to the estate of John Njeru Muthathai alias Njeru Muthathai, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I tend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and register the land to the said Alusia Igandu John (ID/0718015) as administrator and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to John Njeru Muthathai alias Njeru Muthathai (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
