IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by sections 12 (1) (e), (g) and (5) of the Kakamega County Water and Sanitation Services Act, 2021, the County Executive Committee Member, Water, Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change appoints— Beneah Justin Salala Okumu, Albert Tungani Shikule, to be members of the Board of Directors of Kakamega County Rural Water and Sanitation Company Limited, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 3rd May, 2023.
